Nurses Network by Quality Home Health Care has openings for Arizona-licensed Certified Nurses Assistants, (CNAs), to perform Home Health visits. We have immediate needs to fill in Prescott Valley and Verde Valley!

POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs Bathing and ADL assistance to clients in their homes in accordance with Medicare, Arizona, and Federal regulations and guidelines.
Contributes and participates in care coordination and patient-centered care as a part of an interdisciplinary clinical care team of nurses, therapists, CNA's and MSW's.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Arizona CNA License.
Minimum 6 months of experience; recent experience preferred, but not required.
Arizona Driver’s License.
Vehicle to travel to the patient location and proof of auto insurance.
Level-one Fingerprint Clearance Card.
TB test and clearance.
Current CPR certification.
Pre-employment drug screen.
Ability to perform job description and work without restrictions.
